Process
They emailed me about wanting to chat regarding the internship, to which I replied yes. Then they told me more about their company and the type of internship, and asked if I had any questions. Subsequently, they sent the online test. I only completed the online test, which did have a practice test I discovered just before the actual test.
Questions
The online test was not too difficult. It took understanding a particular scenario they described and how they took and gave output. However, I was taking all my time, so at the end, there was a bug I couldn't fix.

Pros: Learned a lot, had a more meaningful project than most interns at other companies that I know.
Met a lot of really smart people who I will be sure to keep in touch with.
Integrated quickly into my team.
Learned about new verticals.
Lots of cool benefits and events.
Cons: Worked hard and was exhausted at times. This wasn't a summer vacation.
Some internal documentation could have been better, making it easier to get up to speed on projects.

Pros: Palantir is a very well-run company with incredibly high-caliber employees and products.
Code reviews are rigorous, and the quality of software is stellar.
Lots of interesting work, fast-paced team.
Cons: The company's culture is such that you do need to be willing to commit more than just working hours to it. There is a culture of Palantir being in many aspects of life, from weekend hangouts to business trips, etc.

Pros: A very agile and action-oriented environment. FDEs are encouraged to find a need in the project and develop their own slice of it. Resourcing responds to this by moving you to other projects that can best make use of the spike you've demonstrated in the process.
You can quickly build on Foundry. Tackling technical problems at a high level means you get a huge amount of exposure to different problem spaces.
Cons: It can be a very sink or swim environment.
It's also not as technical as your usual software engineering roles, as you're generally building on top of Foundry, which is already a well-built-out platform.
Depending on your project, you can be frequently working long hours.
