A long interview process:
- OA: Two medium LeetCode questions, then one HackerRank API question.
- HR screening: Nothing too serious, just behavioral questions.
- Technical interview: One LeetCode medium question; talk through it and give complexity.
- Learning and decomp: Learning can't really be prepared for; just try to pick up the thing they show you. Decomp: Break it down.
- Final HR interview: Similar to the first two interviews.
Overall, a very good interview process with lots of communication throughout.

Cons: Opaque compensation progression, poor recognition for achievement.
Lots of talent leaving because of compensation to competitors.
Long hours.
