Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - Washington, District of Columbia

Process

The process was extremely long. Before my in-person interview at headquarters, there were two three-hour coding tests on HackerRank. Both were extremely difficult, but they want to see how you think.

The in-person interviews took a full day with three back-to-back sessions: design, behavioral, and coding style. Not bad, but I believe they only accepted juniors.
