First Stage was a behavioral with basic questions and then a coding question dealing with OOP. I didn't move on to further stages but was told it included an in-person interview that combined technical and business skills.

Cons: Management is very bad. Decisions are made behind closed doors, and people are fired with little notice. Having an unqualified manager or a bad relationship means you are out the door for no fault of yours.

Pros: Palantir has an awesome, awesome work culture and an excellent internship experience. I felt very valued as an intern. A whole world of opportunities opens up to you after you have Palantir on your resume.
Cons: Palantir is suffering lots of growing pains and a bit of disorganization, but I'm sure that this will be sorted out.
