SWE Intern Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
Very humanizing Karat interview.
Took the redo after the autocomplete and Intellisense generally broke on the first go.
Big fan of Palantir's general quality – the way they communicate effectively, their unique "Forward-Deployed Software Engineer" role, etc.
Questions
A slight behavioral interview, followed by a Karat interview where I was asked basic debugging/coding challenges (straight out of Palantir's LeetCode list: Medium, Medium-Hard). This was followed by a live coding challenge involving at least three questions; I only fully completed the first. We'll see how the redo goes, though.
