Loved the people and the environment.
More busy at times, but it's the only real con.
Reached out to on LinkedIn by recruiter -> Recruiter call (intro, compensation, confirming stuff) -> 30 minute technical on an easy leet code problem. Was pretty chill I just fumbled unfortunately
The pre-screen was very short, but it needs to be tailored. It's very specific to the role. If the keywords are wrong, you won't get in through the pre-screen. Make sure to read through the job description and keep keywords handy, associating them
1. HR call 2. OA 3. Karat HR informed I passed, but this position is filled. Asked me to apply for 2023 lol. So disappointed. Hope they could improve the interview process.
