Smart People, Very Political
- Super smart people.
- Good culture.
- Reasonably good benefits, in-office meals, etc.
Highly political; you need to be good with people and technology to be successful.
Bad work-life balance.
A lot of great people will leave to start their own businesses.
A tad culty at times.
The flat structure isn't really a thing as much as we pretended it was. A lot of great people and good ideas get lost in the mire of middle management churn. It's really essential to be engaged and take care of your people; without your people, there is no mission.

Forward Deployed Software Engineer
Leetcode medium/easy style question relating to data structures and algorithms. The question was related to a dictionary. I was told to go step by step, and he said he could help. I did not pass this coding round, but he was very nice.
