There are many pros. Some include pay and benefits, and others include interesting work.
Probably no cons if I'm being honest.
Coding challenge, then recruiter call. I've never had such a terrible experience talking to a recruiter before. She was very rude and did not have a deep technical understanding, as she confused ML infra with ML. It does not seem like a great place
The interview process was long, with multiple rounds of technical and behavioral assessments that lasted for months. In the end, they ghosted me and never followed up. Communication does not appear to be a strong point in the company.
Online coding challenge -> recruiter phone screen I chose to pursue other opportunities after completing this stage, based on my interests and what I believed would be the best fit for me. I have no real insight into what would have come next.
