Good salary, the team is collaborative.
Other teams are political and toxic.
I just completed my Karat coding/technical interview. The interviewer was very down-to-earth and approachable, which helped reduce my nervousness. The interview was scheduled for 60 minutes: * 15 minutes for intros, technical background, and 3 triv
Sh*t interview process. Outsourced the interview to Karat. Got a whack interviewer that kept asking "for what?" when I described my time complexity answers. Me: "I think it runs in O(n log n)" Interviewer: "For what?" Me: :v
Only made it to the karat round after passing the OA. The interviewer was helpful, though I came in underprepared. Questions should not be too challenging for those well-rehearsed. LeetCode medium level of difficulty.
