Process

HR was very proactive and explained the interview process to me during the screening call. There were a total of 5 rounds of interviews, including the HR discussion. I was rejected in the 3rd round.

The first round consisted of system design questions. The second round was pure coding, covering sorting algorithms and then some questions in Scala. The third round was a mix of both system design and coding. As far as I could tell, I had performed well enough in the round, but the panel thought otherwise.

I requested detailed feedback from HR once she informed me that the response was not positive after the 3rd round. Although I did not agree with the feedback, there wasn't much I could do.

The 4th round was supposed to be the VP round, and then the final round would be an HR discussion.
