After two phone interviews (recruiter, hiring manager), the on-site interview was with 7 team members. All very well organized and welcoming.
All interviewers were nice people, asked thoughtful questions, and seemed to genuinely care about my values. Many of my interviewers were effusive about the leadership, culture, and reputation for developing employees, but none could offer many specifics.
I made it pretty clear to the hiring manager I wanted to develop within and from that role, and I think my honesty (for the better) resulted in a no-offer.
