Senior Developer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
I was called by the recruiter, and we discussed the role and salary expectations. We then moved to the next round.
After five rounds of discussions, including an HR round that took two months and many follow-ups, I received final confirmation that my overall performance was not good, although my individual performance was good.
If that was the case, why did the process have to go until the last round? What a waste of time.
I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends.
