I had an interview, but the person from the technical panel was trying to prove himself as techie, not listening to what the candidate was trying to say or answer.
His questioning was unprofessional and felt rude.
I understand companies ask to enable video during interviews, and this is common and good practice. It would be better to ask candidates to turn on their video at the beginning, rather than while they are answering interview questions. The way it was requested made me feel like a suspect.
I know my potential and skills better than an interviewer who has known me for only 30 minutes.
