4. Senior management is not good. You will not be able to voice your opinion. Your opinions do not matter.
5. You will be working in an environment where everyone is scared and will blame each other just to save themselves instead of working together for a better solution.

Pros: Great product offering: an enterprise cybersecurity platform.
Cons: Not the best place for engineers for career growth. All critical projects and tasks are being done by offshore teams, not allowing US engineers to be involved.
Lots of micromanagement.
