Senior Full Stack Developer Interview Experience - Israel

Process

It started with a phone call with HR, who was very kind and helpful. The position was for a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a slight emphasis on front-end work. Although they mentioned it would be a 50/50 split, most of the questions leaned more toward the front end.

The first interview was conducted over Zoom and focused on technical questions with one of the team members. It was friendly and relatively straightforward. I was told multiple times that the second interview would focus on TypeScript and CSS, and to make sure I brushed up on those topics.

The second interview was also held over Zoom, but surprisingly, there were no TypeScript-related questions. It consisted of two parts:

  • First, I was asked to implement a priority queue class.
  • Then, I was given a Figma design and asked to recreate the corresponding CSS.
