The process began with a phone conversation with one of the leads, which went quite well. The next round involved a two-hour onsite technical test.
However, the company's conduct was extremely unprofessional. I followed up numerous times for feedback on the technical test. Initially, the recruiter stated she had not yet received feedback from the engineering team and would contact me once it was available. After waiting for another two weeks, I attempted to reach the recruiter again, but she became unreachable.
It has been almost four weeks since the technical test, and I have still received no feedback.
I would expect a company of this size to at least have the courtesy to provide feedback to candidates, even if it is negative. I will never apply to this company again, nor will I recommend anyone to them.
