Process
• Had some asynchronous back-and-forth with the recruiter to answer basic questions. Salary was not discussed, as I was told it would be addressed after the first interview. • Participated in a Zoom meeting with a team member. They asked a few questions about my experience before moving directly to the Codility platform for a LeetCode-style problem.
After the Codility exercise, which left me feeling somewhat embarrassed and anxious, I discovered the role was not as advertised in the job description.
