"x" - Managerial Round and "y" - System Round. I was interviewed by these two people, and the interview was highly unprofessional for the position of Senior Staff Engineer (CSPM Platform). The interviewer was not interested in how the work was on my side and was unable to understand the work which I had incorporated. It seems like they had less than 6 years of experience. They were asking me how their application would have been operated instead of how I used to handle my cases. No scenario-based questions were shared. Specifically, "y's" feedback was that I was not even a backend developer and was advised to take some course which I did not ask for.
I have heard many things about the recruitment process of Palo Alto India, and it somewhat seems to be true: a highly unprofessional and overconfident attitude of the interviewers, with a vibe as if they are the best and doing the best in the market. I believe interview talks reflect a lot about the culture, and it's pretty bad here.
The best thing I am doing here right now is not sharing the names of the interviewers.
WASTE OF TIME!!
What is the name of the server from where websites are hit? How do I do my work?
