HR was organized. The response and follow-up were fast.
I passed the phone and first-round onsite interviews because I was interviewed by the hiring team. The questions were based on the job description and my CV.
The second round began to go south because I was interviewed by other teams, whose roles were totally different from the job description and my experience.
Questions
Algorithms, hardware questions (how to wire), drivers, embedded systems, operating systems, Linux system programming, multi-threaded programming, L2, L3, QoS, and network stack.
Hardware schematics and bus protocols, even writing a piece of Linux kernel code. Some behavioral questions.
