An unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
A recruiter called to coordinate. After a minute of conversation, she said that someone else would call. A day later, she called again and, in a short conversation, scheduled an interview with a team leader for an hour and a half. I asked for more information about the interview, the requirements, and the job itself. She promised that they would get back to me, but they did not.
At the very beginning of the interview, it was stated that it was scheduled for one hour, even though I had cleared an hour and a half. I was asked if the position had been explained to me. I replied that they had promised to get back to me and had not.
With only 13 minutes left to apply a technical question, I began to think under pressure about a solution and started to implement it (in parallel). I mentioned that it was not applicable to the time given. Even with a solution, I was barely able to think, as I was up against a stopwatch. This was really disrespectful!
After a few days, I received an automatic email, followed by a second email requesting that I fill out an anonymous survey so they could improve future interviews.
Logic question with a matrix of a 3D array.
