Pros

Work is:

  • fast-paced
  • dynamic and interesting
  • highly collaborative
Cons

Cost-saving measures hitting employees, specifically with regards to clamping performance and future earnings, feel very cynical.

Senior management does little to inspire confidence in growth and career trajectory beyond the Staff level.

Unfalsifiable and nebulous "raising the bar" and "higher standards" talk gives little to no tangible metrics against which to measure value and expect acknowledgment and reward during calibration. Meanwhile, being so broadly applicable as to be a fallback whenever convenient, compensation (via raises and stock refresh) has been consistently down across the board for several years.
