Good pay and benefits for employees.
Good luck! This place was the most disorganized, joke of a company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. I toughed it out for 3 months at this place, and they had me gritting my teeth nearly every day I worked there. I could share literally over 300 different incidents where a coworker was outright rude to me. There was no documentation, outdated documentation, or flat-out wrong documentation for an important piece of the architecture. No one knew what we were even building, and the project management team just promised and designed ridiculous features that were not even possible to develop. There is no consistent developer documentation, and each team is a fiefdom which implements authorization and authentication however they like. Then, no APIs can communicate with each other without some herculean bullpoop effort.
Drain the swamp and empower developers to drive the software more, instead of useless product designers and project managers.
