Good future, but terrible management
The work and pay are good. Latest tech stack, which will make a good resume.
Location is bad. Too much micromanagement. Every small issue becomes a high priority. Every work is assigned with senior management in cc, creating unnecessary pressure. No work-life balance; work on weekends. The benefits are nonexistent.
Slow down a bit. In the battle between speed versus stability, stability is always the loser.
