Company culture is pretty good. The office is very nice, and there are lots of events organized by the company. The ESPP program is also pretty good, serving to make up for the bad 401k match.
Bad 401k match, below average compensation compared to other companies. The company is pretty stingy with raises and promotions.
Promote good people and give better raises instead of hiring externally.
