Good work-life balance (for interns at least), interesting work.
Not really anything that I can complain about so far.
Three phone screens: * First phone screen on the basics of networking and scripting. * Second round with the hiring manager, where he took a topic and drilled into detail (it was on iptables for me). * Third round on dictionaries, JSON parsing
An initial behavioral interview was followed by two to three technical (coding) interviews. The technical interviews all related to data structures and algorithms. The questions were reasonable and not extremely difficult.
A recruiter called and set up a time for a phone screen. I was interviewed via video for 45 minutes. The coding portion was very easy and I finished it in 20 minutes. The system design was more open-ended, so we kept discussing its depth.
