Pros

Salary, RSUs, but diminishing rapidly.

Cons

The culture is going south in all aspects (compensation, core values, etc.).

Managers have been told to rate people in the bell curve format for performance reviews, and that too, every six months.

Nobody can survive unless they are part of their manager's inner circle.

Advice to Management

Bring back the "Marks" and empowering culture.
