ESPP:
2-year lock-in period.
Free snacks and fruits.
Bad managers in IT.
They assign and move you around to different areas to show that you fail and downgrade you in performance reviews.
Very stressful and chaotic environment.
This happens in the name of raising bars and laying off employees in headquarters while hiring in India.
Please don't hire cheaper resources and fire old employees.
