Toxic environment. Folks expect too much from the employees. No work-life balance. Folks compare you with fellow employees, which creates a sense of race in work. Too much blame game.
Management should stop comparisons, false expectations, and unnecessary taunts to employees. Senior management should keep the management in check.
First, I got a call from HR, who had reviewed my profile on LinkedIn. Two initial rounds were scheduled, and the first one was with the Engineering Manager. There were a total of four rounds of interviews. In each round, a coding question was given
1. Two round phone interview, asking about my basic information and interests in network security. Also covered basic network knowledge, basic attacks, and protocols. 2. Onsite interview the following week. Much deeper questions about protocols, VP
