Process
Introductory call with a recruiter followed by the tech screen. The recruiter was pretty transparent about the current open roles, responsibilities, and compensation (base salary ranges, RCUs, bonuses).
Although I had a negative experience with the tech screen. The engineer who interviewed me was clearly not interested from the very beginning. He just gave me the problem and was silent the whole interview, typing something on his computer.
