Basic recruiter call.

Technical interview - 1 question that I aced (see answer below).

My interviewer didn't understand it and I got a reject a couple days later.

He said he hadn't interviewed anyone in years. After providing the question, he sat there and said/did absolutely nothing.

It was kind of awkward. I just coded and talked to myself.

I guess that's the best they can do!

My guess is the team is just incompetent, or something, with big egos as well.

Given an org chart of employees (as a dictionary), return some information about the number of reports, etc.
