College Software Developer Interview Experience - Dallas, Texas
Process
I had three rounds of interviews. The first was an online assessment (OA), and the second and third were technical video interviews.
Then, I was invited to attend "Experience Paycom." Paycom even sent us goodies, which was the sweetest part.
They took two weeks to get back to me with a decision. I was given 48 hours to sign the offer letter. The pay is moderate.
