Process
There was one on-campus interview with two interviewers where I was asked around 10 behavioral questions.
A week later, I received a call to schedule a second interview on-site at Paycom HQ.
This interview was with two interviewers. There were a few more behavioral questions to clarify unanswered questions from the initial interview, and then there was a "practice" portion.
Essentially, this was your chance to demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot a web page to identify mistakes on it.
This was a great introduction into the type of work that is done in QA at Paycom!

They're trying to remedy this by building another road, but it would be nice to also have staggered shifts.
