I was called by a recruiter about the QA position on a Thursday. She asked if I was interested in the position, and when I said yes, she scheduled a phone interview for the following day.
My phone interview was with a recruiter for that department and lasted about 30 minutes. In the end, she asked if I was still interested in the position. When I said yes, she scheduled an in-person interview for the next morning.
For that interview, I met with two supervisors in the department. They asked me a series of questions and seemed to want to learn about my personality as much as my experience. They asked that I email the recruiter back after the interview with feedback and let her know if I was still interested in the position.
I emailed her feedback and let her know I was still interested, so she scheduled an interview with the department manager for the following week. They asked me more questions in that interview and again seemed to be wanting to get to know my personality as well as my abilities.
The recruiter again asked for feedback and told me I would have an offer or decline within 24 hours. The next morning, they called me with an offer!
