Pros: Comprehensive Benefits Package
Software Devs do get spoiled more than other departments.
Professional Development Opportunities
On-site amenities such as $4 lunches and a gym.
Cons: Management and Leadership Concerns: You have 8 bosses, and they really don't do anything except for hounding you.
Work-Life Balance is very poor here, with high demands and no time to be curious.
Career Advancement Challenges.
Technological Environment: Outdated projects and bureaucratic processes.
