The internship concludes with a tour at the head office in Oklahoma and a dinner at another hotel.
Overall, it's a great experience for students willing to hone their skills and enjoy working at a company over the summer.
Cons: Not that I can think of.

Learn a lot and gain technical skills from the various resources available.
Growth, career, and knowledge fostering environment.
A very motivating and kind workplace where you can ask questions and get help easily.
Cons: Paycom does not expect you to be the best, but it expects you to give your best. So even if you don't know everything, it is okay as long as you don't slack off, have a willingness to learn, and give your best.
