The interview process at Paycom was pretty smooth from start to finish.
The recruiter reached out through email and sent an online assessment to complete, which was fairly easy.
If you pass the assessment, they will schedule two more interviews: one technical and one behavioral, each lasting around 30 minutes.
The interviewers were really good and friendly, and the technical questions were not too difficult (similar to LeetCode/CTCI easy problems).
The recruiter will let you know about the hiring decision in two to three weeks.
