They use HackerRank and ask some pretty simple coding and behavioral questions. They had multiple interviews, and the process took several weeks. The people seem nice and appear to be on your side. The questions I was asked had to do with hashmaps, so make sure you know that stuff.

Good Perks, Inconsistent Mentorship

Pros: Really chill. Paid for housing, so really low expenses, which makes the salary seem quite a bit better. Nice campus. As far as I know, almost every intern gets a return offer.
Cons: Mentor quality and project direction varies wildly. Mine was really good, but other people don't really get much direction from theirs. The pay is somewhat low compared to other SWE internships at tech companies.

Pros: Company seems to really care and gives their interns an excellent experience.
Good pay for a non-FAANG internship.
Good hands-on experience.
Good mentor support and teammate support.
Cons: The amount of interns was huge (probably ~200), it's easy to feel overlooked.
Working in a team of other interns is mostly great, but can feel like blind leading the blind.
