Process
I sent in my application via Handshake and received a callback to set up a phone interview with the college recruiter.
An in-person interview followed with two supervisors from different teams. They asked some general questions about programming and OOP, as well as some questions about projects on my resume.
No behavioral questions were asked, aside from briefly inquiring about my experience working on a team.
