Pros: The developer team focuses on writing high-quality, maintainable code and has clear tech specs for individual contributors to follow. Between teams, such as quality assurance, product, and software development, everyone is super nice and helpful in moving the project forward.
Cons: It is a fast-growing company, and there are not many cons at this moment.

Pros: The immediate team I worked with was awesome. The salary was good too.
Cons: I've been with the company for three years.
The culture was positive when I started, but constant leadership changes and growing micromanagement slowly shifted things in a negative direction.
