Process
I applied online, and a recruiter reached out within a couple of weeks.
First, I had to take an online assessment that was focused on specific languages rather than logic. Once that was processed, I had a phone screen with a couple of supervisors. They were nice and asked some background questions.
After that, they flew me all the way to Dallas for a half-hour interview.
The offer was pretty far from what I was expecting, so I declined.
