This was one of the most friendly processes I have experienced.

After meeting the recruiters at my university's career fair, they reached out with an OA. I completed that and passed. It was not that bad and included many conceptual questions about OOP and Databases.

Then came a technical interview. My interviewer was really nice, and even though I fumbled a few questions, I was willing to learn and understand what I did wrong. The actual technical question was not that bad.

Next, there was a short phone screening with a very nice recruiter, and finally, a behavioral interview that included a few technical verbal questions about OOP. This last interview was very relaxed, and the lead interviewing me was very friendly.
