Pros: Great place to learn and grow.
Endless problems to solve.
Solid pay with consistent raises and bonuses.
Truly full-stack web development, plus we are starting to handle more of our own deployments (as every engineer should).
Leaders give decent recognition.
Surrounded by many different technologies.
Hybrid Work.
Cons: - Culture/activities do not seem like a company priority.
- Managers are unaware of our own software development process, and how much it has changed since they were developers. There is more work on Dev Teams than ever.
- Projects often do not see the light of day or do not get enabled.
- Directions change like the wind.
