They conduct "Who are you as a person" interviews.
They ask a bit about your background in software/tech.
You will have a technical interview where you'll be given a single problem to code for a single individual and just to work through it. Depending on the interviewer, the site used may not be the best, but they understand that.
Lastly, you will have a general programming test for testing your C# knowledge. If you are familiar with programming, it's an easy test.
After hiring, you will then have other interviews for team placement.
