Performance-based incentives/compensation.
Awkward and non-conversational interviewers made it difficult to gauge how the interview was going. I felt that the questions were vague and didn't really make sense. There was a long wait time for the interview and to hear back.
I was contacted by a recruiter to interview. I had two phone screenings and did not move on to the next round. I was told the next round would have been a Zoom interview, followed by a skills test, followed by another interview.
The interview was technically okay. They asked me a lot of mathematical puzzles and some behavioral questions. The internal recruiter was rude and even couldn't respond to my emails.
