Pros

Once a trustworthy leadership, who invested in the wellbeing and success of their workers, now something else entirely.

Cons

Expect a period of rapport building, followed by a betrayal of trust. Management did a good job of appearing to care for the well-being of their staff, maintaining a false aura of "best in the industry quality of life." Reality proved to be a different story altogether. If you like being swindled by used car salesmen, or are a swindling used car salesman yourself, you might enjoy a career at Paycom.

Advice to Management

The best leaders inspire those around them to do great work and achieve impossible goals. They earn the loyalty of their peers with genuine self-sacrifice, trustworthiness. That trust has been broken. For those who opt to stay and those who will leave, you have tarnished your good reputation. You will need to get to work restoring that trust if you ever hope to inspire your tech workforce. Achieving those high targets and critical goals has never been further from your grasp.
