Pros

Work on industrial-level projects from scratch.

Learn a lot and gain technical skills from the various resources available.

Growth, career, and knowledge fostering environment.

A very motivating and kind workplace where you can ask questions and get help easily.

Cons

Paycom does not expect you to be the best, but it expects you to give your best. So even if you don't know everything, it is okay as long as you don't slack off, have a willingness to learn, and give your best.

Advice to Management
