Pay is not great, considering devs are in TX, which is a very competitive market.
LTIPs take a long time to vest. It's not part of the offer letter but is given later on.
Working with a workstation which is stationary could be improved by using laptops.
Competition in the tech industry is high, and you should keep an eye on competitor perks.
More transparency with decision-making.
Please improve CodeAThons. They are pretty much broken if you expect high-quality, production-ready code worked over the weekend.
