Pros: - Good life/work balance
- Payments always on time
Cons: - Old Android (no Compose)
- Lots of bureaucracy for everything
- Lots of people with horrible oral English
- Tickets with almost no description of what's needed for the dev part
- Very short time for projects
- They change teams weekly, so every project is with a new team, and sometimes communication/overlaps are a real problem, especially with India devs

Pros: Remote, multidisciplinary, good, pleasant. You learn a lot.
Cons: There are no bad things, it's just that there are things about the app that I don't like.
