Pros: I'm grateful to have wonderful colleagues, with no office politics, especially on the lower level.
Cons: Extremely slow growth in terms of promotion and pay raise. Bonuses are capped to a low amount. It felt like nothing enticed me to keep working hard, other than the threat of being laid off.
