Process

The hiring HR team contacted me for a quick check on my profile match. After that, they arranged various discussions.

There were a total of 5 rounds of discussion:

  1. Round 1: A 1-hour telephonic discussion with the hiring manager. This involved discussion about my overall experience, current role, and some technical and managerial questions.

  2. Round 2: Managerial discussions, Agile methodology, and scenario-based discussions.

  3. Round 3: Technical discussions, going deeper into project architecture, etc.

  4. Round 4: Technical discussions, going deeper into project architecture, etc.

  5. Round 5: A final round of telephonic discussion with the director. This covered managerial and general discussions on my experience and skillsets.

After all the rounds, they confirmed my selection. The offer letter was rolled out within a week. HR spoke with me in person to understand my expectations before rolling out the offer.

Overall, the process took 2 weeks. It was pretty fast and well-organized.
